9. Communications Consent and Usage

  1. Consent to Receive Communications: By registering an account, making a purchase, or providing your contact information to us through Discount Office Shop, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from us via email and SMS (text messages), including but not limited to updates about new products, special offers, and information related to your account or orders.

  2. Opt-out and Unsubscribe: You may withdraw your consent to receive promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email.   3. Communication Charges: You acknowledge that charges may apply for SMS messages sent and received, depending on the terms of your mobile phone contract. reXconomy LLC is not responsible for any charges that may be billed by your mobile carrier when we send you SMS notifications.

By signing up for SMS marketing from Discount Office Shop, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, exclusive offers, and order updates) at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting In:
You can opt into our SMS marketing program by signing up through our website, at checkout, or by texting a designated keyword to our provided short code or number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided phone number and that you agree to these terms.

Opting Out:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages.
