At Rexconomy LLC DBA Discount Office Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer clear, fair return and refund terms to support your buying confidence. Please review the full policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • New Furniture
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
    A 10% restocking fee applies.

  • Used Furniture
    Returns for used items are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition as sold and include valid proof of purchase.
    A 10% restocking fee applies.

  • Damaged Items (All Products)
    If a product is damaged during shipping or delivery handled by Discount Office Shop we will consider the item for a full or partial refund, depending on its condition upon arrival.
    This does not apply to items damaged during customer-arranged transportation (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or modified after purchase

  • Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” merchandise

  • Products damaged during customer pickup or self-transport

Transportation by Customer

If an item is picked up in-store or transported by the customer (or their representative), Discount Office Shop is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product leaves our facility. We strongly encourage proper equipment, padding, and professional handling if transporting furniture yourself.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Items must meet all return conditions to qualify.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible new and used items within their respective return windows (30 days for new, 7 days for used). Exchanges are subject to the same conditions and restocking fees as returns.
